How and When we Ship
   
 

All orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 2:00pm EST, please allow 24 hours for processing. Since temperature vary across the country, we may decide not to ship a package over a weekend in order to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We may also substitute any chocolate item with a more temperature friendly item to ensure a good delivery. We reserve the right to substitute any item with equal or greater value to replace items out of stock.
 

Delivery Guarantee
Please make sure all addresses are completely filled out and all information is accurate. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses given accurately. NOTE: All orders received by December17th, by 2pm EST are guaranteed 1st attempted ground delivery before Christmas. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, two or more attempts will follow.

Chanukah Delivery Guarantee
If order is placed by December 1st.st., (2pm EST).  All Chanukah gifts will contain Packaged Kosher Product only. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Delivery

Saturday/Sunday Delivery (local Delivery 24/7)
We do not ship Saturday/Sunday Delivery via UPS.  We ship local deliveries on Saturday & Sunday if ordered before 2PM EST.

Shipping and Delivery
Nibbles Gifts, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. 

Nibbles Gifts is not responsible for:

  • Fresh products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

Free shipping offers are valid only on weekday deliveries to addresses within the Continental United States.
