All orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 2:00pm EST, please allow 24 hours for processing. Since temperature vary across the country, we may decide not to ship a package over a weekend in order to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We may also substitute any chocolate item with a more temperature friendly item to ensure a good delivery. We reserve the right to substitute any item with equal or greater value to replace items out of stock.

NOTE: All orders received by December17th, by 2pm EST are guaranteed 1st attempted ground delivery before Christmas. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, two or more attempts will follow.
